| AGE DIVISIONS |
Girls: Birth –11mo., 12-23mo., 2-3yrs, 4-5yrs., 6-7yrs, 8-9yrs., 10-12yrs, 13-15yrs., 16-18yrs.
Boys: Birth – 23mo., 2-3yrs, 4 -6yrs., 6-8 yrs. & if we have enough boys we will add another group. |
| AWARDS |
There will be a Queen/King chosen in each age division. They will receive a Beautiful Crown and Banner. In June 2007 the Queen/King will also ride on a float in the 911 Festival Parade.
Each age division will have 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Alternates. Each alternate will receive a Nice Trophy.
We will announce the Best Personality, Prettiest Eyes, Best Smile, and Photogenic Winners for each age division. Winners will receive a trophy. Photogenic pictures should not be any larger than 8X10. Bring pictures to Rehearsal.
We believe that each contestant that enters this pageant is a winner. All participants will receive an award. |
| ATTIRE |
| Girls may wear Sunday Dresses or Pageant Dresses. Boys may wear Sunday best or Tuxedo. |
| REHEARSAL |
Will be Friday, May 11, 2006 at 5pm. Contestants will get their number at rehearsal. Remember to bring photogenic pictures to rehearsal.
Return the complete entry form. Remember to note the dates and times on your calendar of the rehearsal and pageant. |

Entry Fee: $25.00
If there is more that one child from a family that enters the first child will be $25.00 and the sibling will be $15.00. |

There will not be any entries accepted at the door.

DOOR ADMISSION BADGES
Adults and Teens: $2.00 Children 1-12 years: $1.00
Badges must be purchased with cash at the door. Badges are not required for contestants. |

The Pageant Director, Volunteers, The Miss and Master 911Beauty Pageant, The 911 Festival, nor the facility where the pageant is being held will be held accountable for accidents, theft, or loss incurred during the pageant or transportation to and from the pageant. I understand that any pictures, videos, and information from the pageant may be shared with the newspaper, television, and radio stations. We reserve the right to combine age groups if needed. I also understand that all judges’ decisions are final. I am aware that if I give any false information that my child/children will be disqualified and no refunds will be given.
